THE 12-VOLT OFFICE

I think everyone knows about my project down on t'farm about running a home on independent renewable energy. After all, I've talked about it often enough. However, what with one thing and another (and once you start, you are surprised how many other things there are), it looks like I'm having to devote less time than planned down there this year.

Now that is a shame, because I have lots of things here that I have bought to take down there. As well as this, there are more and more 12-volt products appearing on the marketplace as each day passes, and so my collection is growing. But I'm not going to waste the things that I have.

If I had my own house here in Belgium, then I'd just go right ahead and convert it without any second thought. But seeing as I live in an apartment in a communal block where planning laws are quite problematic, I'm going to make a surreptitous start, and just convert my office to 12 volts. I have lots of ideas about this, and lots of weird and unusual solutions to solve many of the problems that I'm likely to encounter. But Im sure I'm going to encounter even more as I go along. You probably have many ideas too, or maybe some questions. So e- if you want to have some input, or have some output into what is going on with the 12-volt office.
